Waka Flocka Shooting in Charlotte

Six people have been arrested in connection with the shooting of Atlanta rapper Waka Flocka Flame’s tour bus in Charlotte, NC. Waka’s bus was shot at while getting a new stereo system installed. No one was hurt during the firing of at least seven shots towards the tour bus. “The rapper’s tour bus was surrounded by crime tape Wednesday evening outside Car Stereo Warehouse on Independence Boulevard near Bojangles Coliseum, where police said the rapper — real name Juaquin Malphurs — was at the store to have a stereo system installed in the bus” (RadarOnline.com).
WCNC reports that one of the arrested men proclaims his innocence as a bystander caught in the cross-fire. Anthony Stukes is an up and coming rapper who says he was trying to get his demo mixtape the Waka Flocka when he was shot in the arm by the rapper’s security. Three of the men faced the judge Monday while the rest of the three face the same judge today (Tuesday) all on charges of robbery with a dangerous weapon, conspiracy to commit robbery and two counts of felony shooting into occupied property.
